Announcement on the results of the implementation of cash assistance program for poor and vulnerable families affected by Covid-19 in June
On 24 July 2020, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Disability, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation issued a notification on the results of the implementation of the cash assistance program for poor and vulnerable families by Covid-19 for June. 530,838 families which equivalent to 2,153,114 members have received subsidies from the program, of which 198,631 poor families (758,981 members) are identified as in poverty level 1 and 332,207 poor families (1,394 members) 133 people) are identified as in poverty level 2. The total spending is 94,551,876,000 riels which is the Royal Government of Cambodia budget.
