Instruction: Measures to alleviate burdens for citizens affected by the Cambodia-Thailand border dispute
On 10 December 2025, the National Bank of Cambodia issued a guideline on the measures to alleviate burdens for citizens affected by the Cambodia-Thailand border dispute. In this new instruction, the National Banks of Cambodia instructed banking and financial institutions to help alleviate the burden of soldiers who are directly involved in the dispute and citizens who are affected by the Cambodia-Thailand border dispute.
