On 1 March 2022, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport issued a press release on launching of Open Educational Resources Cambodia (OER Cambodia) through https://oer.moeys.gov.kh. OER Cambodia was developed with the aim of promoting the sharing and use of digital education content.
