Notification on the temporary suspension of teaching and learning activities in Thma Da Commune, Veal Veang District, Pursat Province
On 9 December 2025, the Pursat Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sport issued a notification stating that all educational institutions in Thma Da Commune, Veal Veang District, Pursat Province, must temporarily suspend teaching and learning activities starting from 5:36 AM on 9 December 2025, until a new notification is issued. The suspension was ordered to ensure the safety of teachers and students by avoiding danger resulting from the Thai side’s heavy artillery shelling into Cambodian territory, following the Thai military’s aggression on the border.
