Press release: Addresses and telephone numbers for receiving public complaints

On 13 March 2026, General Department of Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression (CCF) under the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on addresses and contact numbers for receiving public complaints.

The announcement provides contact channels for citizens to submit complaints or report cases related to fraud and consumer protection issues through the hotline 1266 and the CCF Complaint App.
