Press release on the exchange of notes and record of discussions on the extension of grant aid for the purpose of the implementation of the project for the construction of teacher education colleges in Phnom Penh and Battambang
On 20 December 2017 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn and H.E. HORINOUCHI Hidehisa, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, will sign the Exchange of Notes and Record of Discussions on the Extension of Grant Aid up to the amount of ¥ 3,170,00,000 (approximately USD 28 million) for the purpose of the implementation of the Project for the Construction of Teacher Education Colleges in Phnom Penh and Battambang.
