On 12 February 2026, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release on the situation of displaced persons and the impact on civilian areas from 6:00 AM on 11 February to 6:00 AM on 12 February 2026.

Nearly 88% of the more than 640,000 displaced persons have returned to their homes, while approximately 80,000 people continue to stay in camps.
