On 13 February 2026, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release on the situation of displaced persons and the impact on civilian areas from 6:00 AM on 12 February to 6:00 AM on 13 February 2026.

As of the morning of 13 February 2026, there are 78,393 people still unable to return to their homes, including 41,179 women and 26,385 children.
