On 14 February 2026, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release on the situation of displaced persons and the impact on civilian areas from 6:00 AM on 13 February to 6:00 AM on 14 February 2026.

As of the morning of 14 February 2026, there are 77,274 people still unable to return to their homes, including 40,689 women and 26,205 children.
