Statement by His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn at the general debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly under the theme “restoring trust, managing transformation: A United Nations that delivers for all”
On 26 September 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a statement by His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the general debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly under the theme “Restoring trust, managing transformation: A United Nations that delivers for All”.
The General Debate of UNGA 81 brought together world leaders in a collective endeavour to strengthen international cooperation and address compounding global challenges, including escalating geopolitical rivalries, climate change, widening inequalities, and rapid technological transformations.
