Statement on memorandum of understanding on the overlapping maritime claims of the continental shelf
On 8 April 2026, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a statement on memorandum of understanding on the overlapping maritime claims of the continental shelf.
In response to inquiries from various media outlets regarding Thailand’s consideration of withdrawing from the Memorandum of Understanding on the Overlapping Maritime Claims of the Continental Shelf signed between Cambodia and Thailand in 2001 (MOU-2001).
