The statement of the spokesperson on the drafting of the law on the management of the nation in state of emergency
On 13 April 2020, Cambodian Human Rights Committee has released a statement on their official facebook page on the drafting of the law on the management of the law on the management of the nation in state of emergency. In the statement, the committee has clearly clarify the purpose of the law on state of emergency and has urge citizen not to confused the meaning of the law as a prohibition or restriction on the rights of citizen.
