City hall to add 5,000 signs to cut accident rate

Phnom Penh City Hall started installing 5,000 new road safety signs around the capital on Monday in an attempt to reduce accidents, according to officials. Phnom Penh Governor Pa Socheatevong took to Facebook yesterday, writing that a total of 615 signs had been installed along Norodom, Monivong and Russian boulevards so far. …
