Japan sends experts to help Cambodia with election reforms

Japan sent a team of expert to Cambodia to identify the needs for the election reforms, according to a press statement released by the Japanese Embassy in Phnom Penh today. The Japanese Embassy said that a study team was dispatched by the Government of Japan to conduct a needs survey for Japan’s assistance for electoral reform in Cambodia from 19 to 23 May 2014. …
