China congratulates CPP on election victory
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said Monday that China congratulated the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) on its victory in the country's general election. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and Chinese Premier Li Keqiang have sent congratulatory messages to CPP President Chea Sim and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen respectively, Hong said.
