City Hall has announced that it will provide free buses for the public to travel from Phnom Penh to 17 provinces for Pchum Ben later this month. According to a statement by Phnom Penh Governor Khoung Sreng issued on Friday, Prime Minister Hun Sen has ordered the provision of 120 buses to serve armed forces personnel, civil servants, garment workers, students and the general public to travel to their hometowns in the provinces for free during the holiday. ...
