Dispatches Reveal Cambodia Helped North Korean Refugees
US diplomatic cables released by WikiLeaks show that Cambodia assisted refugees escaping from North Korea. A North Korean was supposed to be deported to Vietnam and was claimed to have done such but it has now been proven otherwise. There have been other cases of Cambodia working with South Korea and the US to assist North Korean refugees, as documented by other cables.
