Property sector recovery highlighted
Cambodia’s property sector is said to be recovering from the global financial crisis according to experts. There has been a 10 percent increase in the number of transactions since 2009 with foreign investment a key aspect of the growth. The formation of anti-corruption laws has also been of assistance to the economy as well as the launch of the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX).
