Second Factory Manager Arrested for Lese Majeste

A second Chinese garment factory manager was arrested yesterday for destroying a photograph of the late King Norodom Sihanouk, while the woman who destroyed pictures of the late monarch at the factory in Phnom Penh on Monday was convinced and given a one-year suspended sentence, officials said.
