Announcement on the implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using One-Time Password (OTP) in the Customs Data Automation System (ASIDA)
On 06 May 2026, the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia issued a notice on the implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using One-Time Password (OTP) in the Customs Data Automation System (ASIDA).
The General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia would like to inform relevant agents, businesses and private sectors who have accounts using the Customs Data Automation System (ASIDA) that the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) function, which uses identity verification technology through the National Single Window (NSW Authenticator) application, has been developed to ensure privacy and security in accessing the ASIDA system.
