On 05 May 2022, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction issued a press release on the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a logistics center and multi-purpose port of Kampot Logistics and Port Co., Ltd.
Kampot Logistics and Port Co., Ltd. has received permission from the Royal Government of Cambodia to develop a logistics center and a multi-purpose port on the company's private land with a total area of 600 hectares and a total investment capital of approximately 1,500 million US dollars.
