On 08 September 2026, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on the first bilateral consultations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Togolese Republic.

Both sides welcomed the positive momentum in bilateral relations and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in trade and investment, agriculture, tourism, air connectivity, and parliamentary affairs.
