On 08 June 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on the Cambodia-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement will help elevate the bilateral relationship to a new height.

Both sides expressed deep satisfaction at the flourishing bilateral relationship and shared optimism at the potentials for a further expansion of exchanges between the two nations.
