Press release related to a news article on “Ethnic cultural centre in land dispute”
On 6 March 2019, the Ministry of Mines and Energy published an press release on a news article of Phnom Penh Post on “Ethnic cultural centre in land dispute” which posted on page 8, released on Wednesday, 06 March 2019. In the news article, quoted from Mr. Kreung Tola, “The meeting, presided by Mondulkiri provincial governor Svay Sam Eang, focused on finding ways to tackle the issue following a 2016 report which designated clear boundaries and the retention of the land by the provincial departments of the ministries of Mines and Energy, Industry and Handicraft, and the department of civil service.” To response to these statements, the Ministry of Mines and Energy issued this press release to announce and explain to public on related legal documents. Ministry of Mines and Energy or Provincial department had already returned the land to Administration of Rattanak Kiri Province.
