Announcement on foreign employee quota application for 2027

On 31 August 2026, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training issued an announcement on the foreign employee quota application for 2027.

In order to employ foreign employees in 2027, owners or directors of enterprises, companies, and factories are required to apply for a foreign employee quota via the Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS) website at https://fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh/.
