Announcement on reducing the duration of public services to no more than 8 hours for low-tech services and no more than 7 days for high-tech public services
On 18 May 2026, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued an announcement on reducing the duration of public services to no more than 8 hours for low-tech services and no more than 7 days for high-tech public services.
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications would like to inform the public, companies, enterprises, operators and all relevant parties that, having observed that in the past, service delivery has not been able to respond in a timely manner, with a waiting time of 3 to 15 days for low-tech public services or 16 to 60 days in the case of high-tech services, on 13 March 2026, the Ministry began a pilot project to revise procedures and reduce the time for public services to be provided more quickly and efficiently to respond to the actual needs of citizens and business owners in the context of the rapidly developing digital age.
