On 28 July 2026, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology issued an announcement on storm status no. 13, Dolphin T2613.

The low-pressure area over the Western Pacific Ocean has developed into storm 13, dolphin 3, and is affecting the southwest monsoon regime over the Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, Cambodian Sea, and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Kingdom of Cambodia is not in the path of Storm Dolphin.
