Announcement on Telegram call connection delays
On 9 June 2026, Telecom Regulator of Cambodia issued an announcement on Telegram call connection delays.
Recently, the Telecom Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) observed that some users have experienced inconveniences in using Telegram. Most of these inconveniences involve voice and/or video call connections, which may experience a delay of approximately 5 to 10 seconds before the connection is fully established. This can affect the quality of conversations, especially for those who use Telegram for business, work, and daily communication purposes.
