On 17 July 2026, Phnom Penh Municipal Administration issued an announcement on the provision of real estate lease contract certificates and residential rental certificates at the one-stop mechanism of the Sangkat Administration in Phnom Penh.
Please to inform the citizens of Phnom Penh that to contribute to strengthening the provision of administrative services with quality, efficiency, accountability, transparency, speed, and closer to citizens and businesses, to meet the needs of citizens and promote socio-economic development at the grassroots level in all sectors, the Phnom Penh Municipal Administration, the 14 district administrations, and the 105 Sangkat administrations have provided many types of administrative services through the one-stop mechanism at each administrative level, including the provision of land/house/shop/vehicle lease contract certificates and residential rental certificates at the Sangkat Hall, but a small number of citizens are not yet fully aware of the provision of this type of certificate service.
