On 15 April 2021, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training released an announcement on the requirements for documents and places to apply for “entry-exit permit” for factories, enterprises, and handicrafts that are allowed to operate during the implementation of the temporary lockdown measures in Phnom Penh and Takhmao city of Kandal province.
