Announcement on the status of the 10th storm, Maysak
On 03 July 2026, Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology issued an announcement on the status of the 10th storm, Maysak.
The low-pressure area over the Western Pacific Ocean developed into the 10th storm, Maysak T2610, and affected the southwest monsoon regime over the Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, South China Sea, Mekong River Basin, Cambodian Sea, and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Kingdom of Cambodia is not in the path of this storm. Please note that the name of the storm, Maysak, is the name of Cambodia, and the storm will dissipate on 06 July 2026, while the 9th storm, Bavi T2609, will continue to affect until 12 July 2026.
