On 09 March 2021, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training released an announcement on the suspension of education, technical and vocational, and training institutions in Prey Veng, Kampong Cham and Koh Kong province as an effort to prevent the spreading of COVID-19 in the community transmission event on 20 February.
