His Excellency Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and Chairman of the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia chaired the meeting via Zoom
On 22 July 2021, the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia issued a press release on His Excellency Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and Chairman of the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia (NCCMD) chaired the meeting of the NCCMD through the Zoom system.
The meeting was attended by representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, members of the NCCMD, as well as leaders and professional officers of the MLMUPC, Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Environment, a total of 63 people. The meeting focused on five main points: (1) the progress of infrastructure construction of 34 city roads in Sihanoukville, (2) progress of the construction of roads connecting 2 Thnou Street, Sokha Beach to Street 502, Ochheuteal Beach, located in Poy Tamong, (3) progress of construction of wastewater treatment stations, first station, second station and constructed direction of third station, (4) advanced public beach resort development project in Phum Thmey, Sangkat Prey Thom, Kep City, Kep Province and (5) the budget of the NCCMD.
