On 1 April 2026, Ministry of Information issued a joint press release on the results of the dissemination of “the situation of Cambodian tourism in a regional and global context of uncertainty, rapid change, and fake news.”
On the afternoon of 31 March 2026, Ministry of Information and Ministry of Tourism jointly organized a dissemination ceremony of “the situation of Cambodian tourism in a regional and global context of uncertainty, rapid change, and fake news” with the aim of promoting the tourism promotion campaign by building confidence and attracting tourists from around the world to visit Cambodia through the campaign against fake news.
