Notification on settlement of home confiscation

On 09 June 2023, the Real Estate Business & Pawnshop Regulator issued a notification on settlement of home confiscation.

All clients who have purchased a house or condominium from a real estate development project and the owner of the real estate development project confiscated the house or condominium building due to non-payment, please notify the Real Estate Business & Pawnshop Regulator to coordinate with the project owner.
