Notification on the campaign of loving riel banknotes
On 31 August 2017, the National Bank of Cambodia issued a notification to the public, which contributed to the celebration of the Khmer traditional Phcum Ben festival. The National Bank of Cambodia will provide an opportunity to the public with old, crumble or torn banknotes to exchange to new banknotes at the counters of the National Bank of Cambodia, which is taken place from 11 to 15 September 2017 during working hours at all National Bank of Cambodia's branches in the cities and provinces (excluded headquarter).
