Phnom Penh declaration on solidarity for peace and shared prosperity: Strengthening international law and resolving conflicts peacefully
On 28 August 2026, Speakers and Representatives of Parliaments issued a Phnom Penh Declaration of the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) under the theme: “Solidarity for Peace and Shared Prosperity: Strengthening International Law and Resolving Conflicts Peacefully”, held from 26–28 August 2026 in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
The Speakers and Representatives of Parliaments from various regions of the world pledge to continue working together to uphold and promote the peaceful settlement of disputes in accordance with international law, reinforce parliamentary diplomacy, and contribute to a more peaceful, inclusive, just, and prosperous world.
