Press release: Cambodia’s progress in the government AI readiness index

On 16 January 2026, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a press release on Cambodia’s progress in the government AI readiness index.

According to Oxford Insights’ Government AI Readiness Index, Cambodia ranked 118th out of 195 countries globally in 2025, while in 2024, Cambodia ranked 145th globally.
