On August 15, 2014 at 8:30 AM a plenary session of the Council of Ministers was held at the Peace Palace under the patronage of Samdech Akeak Moha Senapedei Deikcho Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the fifth mandate to pass: 1, a new Draft Law on Land Traffic 2, a Draft Royal Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the National Councils for Science and Technology and 3, Various issues.
