On 22 July 2026, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued a press release on Cambodia protesting the Thai military’s continued violations of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The Royal Government of Cambodia would like to formally protest the continued violations by Thailand of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity along the border.
