On 7 November 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affair and International Cooperation issued a press release on Samdech Thipadei HUN Manet Holds Meetings with the Yunnan Governor, leaders from Viet Nam and Myanmar, business representatives and met with Cambodian students in Yunnan on their official website.
According to the press, Samdech Thipadei HUN Manet held bilateral meetings with the Governor of Yunan province, PM of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Chairman of the State Administrative Council of Myanma, as well as Chinese business leaders on the sidelines of three summits under the Mekong Frameworks held in Kunming, Yunnan province of China from 5 to 7 November 2024.
