Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadel HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high-level delegation to attend the ASEAN-Russia Commemorative Summit, marking the 35th Anniversary of ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations, to be held from 17 to 18 June 2026 in Kazan, Russian Federation, at the invitation of His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
