Open Development Cambodia (ODC) published a new dataset on “Cambodian citizenships”. This dataset contains records of foreign nationals who were granted Cambodian citizenship through official announcements published in the Royal Gazette. It covers documents issued between 2000 and late 2023 and includes more than 4,000 individuals who were naturalized during this period. The dataset provides key information extracted from the Royal Gazette notices, including each person’s name, changed name, date of birth, gender, place of birth, and nationality. The data is publicly available and was downloaded from Mekong Independent.
