Two hackers who allegedly targeted Gov’t site charged

The Phnom Penh Municipal Court charged two more alleged members of the hacking group Anonymous Cambodia on Monday, as other members of Anonymous claimed to hack at least four government websites, including that of the National Police. The two men, Keo Sipheng, 26, and Hok Ratana, 26, were arrested last week for infiltrating the Anti-Corruption Unit’s (ACU) website and were charged with unauthorized access to an automated data processing system and obstructing the functioning of an automated data processing system. Cambodia currently has no cybercrime law, and the duo was charged under the information technology section of the country’s criminal code. ...
