Announcement of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on Telegram attack
On 21 August 2023, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a notification on the prevention of phishing attacks via telegrams that have been notable by hackers.
To prevent telegram account theft, users should not click on links or fill in the information or follow any instructions via phishing messages received. Users can find out more on the website of the “Cambodia Computer Emergency Response Emergency Response Team (CamCERT)“, of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Security Department, of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
