Announcement on the distribution of real estate ownership certificates and the invalidation of land use right certificates or real estate ownership certificates
On 13 August 2026, Prey Veng Provincial Administration issued an announcement on the distribution of real estate ownership certificates and the invalidation of land use right certificates or real estate ownership certificates.
To inform the owners of land plots located in the assessment area of Veal Village, Kampong Russey Commune, Por Rieng District, Prey Veng Province: According to Sub-Decree No. 46 dated 31 May 2002 on the procedures for the construction of cadastral plans and land registry books under the systematic land registration process, the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre of Prey Veng Province will distribute real estate ownership certificates (title deeds) to the owners of land plots located in Veal Village, Kampong Russey Commune, Por Rieng District, Prey Veng Province. The land use right certificate (chicken wing certificate) or real estate ownership certificate issued by the previous Cadastral Administration in this area will be legally invalid from the date of issuance of the above real estate ownership certificate.
