On 11 August 2026, Prey Veng Provincial Administration issued an announcement on the distribution of real estate ownership certificates and the invalidation of land use right certificates or real estate ownership certificates.
Inform the owners of the land parcels located in the assessment area of Chrey (Khor) Village, Prey Sralit Commune, Samit, Pearang District, Prey Veng Province: According to Sub-Decree No. 46, dated 31 May 2002, on the procedures for constructing cadastral plans and land registry books under the systematic land registration process, the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction and Cadastre of Prey Veng Province will distribute real estate ownership certificates (title deeds) to the owners of the land parcels located in Chrey (Khor) Village, Prey Sralit Commune, Pearang District, Prey Veng Province.
