On 23 July 2026, the General Department of Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued an announcement on the official launch of the CamInvoice Chatbot on Telegram.
Please inform the public and all users of the Cambodian Electronic Invoicing System (CEIS) that, in order to increase the efficiency of supporting and providing information to the public and users of the CEIS, the General Department of Digital Economy, the operator of the CEIS, has prepared and officially launched the “CamInvoice Chatbot” on the Telegram network from the date of this announcement.
