Cambodia ICT Camp 2026 is back on 19-20 September 2026
Open Development Cambodia (ODC) is excited to announce that Cambodia ICT Camp 2026 is officially back on 19-20 September 2026 in Siem Reap Province. Cambodia ICT Camp is a dynamic and participatory camp organized bi-annually by ODC and its partners since 2018. The first edition of Cambodia ICT Camp, organized in 2018, was born from the Mekong ICT Camp 2017 held in Siem Reap. It was followed by a second Camp in 2022 and a third in 2024. The fourth edition of Cambodia ICT Camp will return on 19-20 September 2026. Building on the success of the previous editions, the camp will once again become a collaborative platform for learning, collaboration, and innovation in areas such as open data, Internet governance, cybersecurity, and AI, among others.
Cambodia ICT Camp 2026 will focus on three thematic areas, such as (1) AI and the Future of Digital Rights, (2) Staying Safe Online: Cybersecurity and the Rights of Marginalized Groups, and (3) Digital Media, Censorship and Access to Information.
