His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and accompanying documents on the extension of the Government of Japan’s Yen Loan for the “Flood Protection and Drainage Improvement Project in the Phnom Penh Capital City (I)”.
